A typical Inner Circle session

Not a lecture. A working room. You leave with words you'll use tomorrow.

The agenda

  1. 0:00

    Arrival & the Confidentiality Reset

We open by restating the room's agreement out loud. What's said here stays here. Phones down, cameras on.

  2. 0:10

    Wins & Commitments Check-in

Each member reports on last week's commitment in 60 seconds: done, in progress, or dropped — and what the language around it revealed.

  3. 0:30

    W.O.L.F. Teaching Moment

Danielle introduces one tool from the W.O.L.F. Framework™ — for example W.A.I.T. (Why Am I Talking?) or strategic silence — with a live example.

  4. 0:45

    The Hot Seat

One member brings one real issue. The room works it for 45 minutes. (Full format below.)

  5. 1:30

    Rapid Rounds

Remaining members bring a quick decision or a conversation they're dreading. Five minutes each, focused on what to say next.

  6. 1:50

    Commitments & Close

Every member names one specific conversation they will have before the next session. Commitments go into the private member circle.

The Hot Seat

One issue. Every angle. One commitment.

Step 1

Frame it (5 min)

The member states the issue in two sentences: the situation and the conversation they can't get right. Danielle helps sharpen it until it's specific.

Step 2

Clarifying questions (10 min)

Peers ask questions only — no advice yet. Who's involved? What's been said? What are you avoiding saying?

Step 3

Language diagnosis (10 min)

Danielle reflects back the language patterns she hears: where the member is a spectator instead of a player, where silence would be stronger than speech.

Step 4

Every angle (10 min)

Peers offer perspectives from their own seats — 'If I were your board / your direct report / your co-founder, here's what I'd hear.' The member listens without defending.

Step 5

Rehearse the words (5 min)

The member drafts the actual opening line of the conversation and says it out loud. The room refines it.

Step 6

Commit (5 min)

The Hot Seat ends with a clear, dated commitment: who they'll talk to, what they'll say, and by when. The room holds them to it.

Members rotate through the Hot Seat, so everyone gets the full room on their issue across the cohort.
