Confidentiality Agreement

By joining The Inner Circle Mastermind, each member agrees to the following, in consideration of every other member doing the same.

   Confidential information

   Anything shared by another member during sessions, Hot Seats, 1:1s, or in the private member circle — including names, companies, financials, personnel matters, strategies and personal details — is confidential.

2. 02

   What stays in the room

   You will not repeat, record, screenshot, post or otherwise share another member's confidential information outside the Inner Circle, during or after your membership.

3. 03

   What you may take with you

   You may share the lessons, tools and frameworks you learn (including the W.O.L.F. Framework™), as long as you don't identify any member or their situation.

4. 04

   No recording

   Sessions are not recorded by members. Danielle will tell the room in advance if any part of a session is recorded for member-only use.

5. 05

   No solicitation

   You will not use what you learn in the room to recruit another member's staff, pursue their clients, or trade on their information.

6. 06

   Exceptions

   Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, that you knew independently, or that must be disclosed by law or to prevent serious harm.

7. 07

   Not professional advice

   The Inner Circle is peer and executive-communication coaching. It is not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice.

8. 08

   Breach

   A breach of this agreement may result in removal from the Inner Circle without refund.

9. 09

   Duration

   These obligations continue after your membership ends.
